posthumous Oscar nod

I finally watched "The Dark Knight" this past weekend and it was just okay for me. Granted, I think Heath Ledger deserves a nod for an Oscar nomination; even more, he rightly so deserves a posthumous Oscar for his stellar performance in the movie. He definitely became and came into the psychopathic, maniacal character of the Joker- I could barely recognize Heath! What a tragic day in Hollywood though to lose such a budding talent. It isn't too far-fetched to latch onto the idea that this role perhaps plummeted Heath to his premature death.


No offense to the cast or Warner Bros., but I would rather spend 2.5 hours watching the Sex and the City movie instead. =/
