Tonight is the season finale of "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami"- I can't wait! I read the OK! spread last night on Khloe's wedding. I loved her recent nuptials and her colors. I am probably not going to hear wedding bells anytime soon, but a girl can dream...and I was a proponent of a "get-away" marriage.

Shoot, I've been waiting for the newest issue of US Weekly to arrive in the mail and it hasn't this week! Time to go to Barnes for some guilty pleasure reading. :D

P.S. Which Kardashian sister do you think is the prettiest? I am still perplexed as to why they are famous, but they sure are gorgeous. Too bad I can't afford anything off of their ebay auction from last week; not to mention, I don't think any of them are my size. Kourtney is a size 24 when she's not pregnant?! And her shoe size is 5.5?!! And I know my ba-dunk ain't nowhere near Kim K.'s size!

I can't stop watching re-runs of "Kourtney & Khloe"! I absolutely adore these dolls' wardrobe; it must be nice to own your own store from which you can adorn yourself with designer gear/accessories.

Maslow's Pyramid

I saw this psychological pyramid on some random site and thought I'd share...anything for self-improvement is a must!

DO MASLOW. Take care of your pyramid of needs, working from the bottom up. If you have a choice between doing something at the top of this pyramid, versus something at the bottom, do the thing at the bottom. Not taking care of your needs at the bottom will thwart your attempts to do the ones at the top.

sheer materialism has innocuous benefits

Lately, I've been beating myself up mentally/emotionally for parlaying in materialistic impulses and posting comments leaning more towards the fashion tip, but I realized that sometimes it seems a bit less invasive into my personal thoughts/hopes/insecurities. Writing about clothes and the latest fashion trends is just more lighthearted (not on the pocket)than talking about what makes me tick (or go boom, for that matter).

I DO NOT FEEL well today. I think my cold virus is steadily climbing towards flu-like symptoms. Oh geez- now is not the time!

I saw the red, rouge lips with the unadulterated skin a season ago and wanted to emulate that look when I went out on Thursday night. How does mine compare?

I've been meaning to post this cute picture of one of my favorite celebs. You'd think I'd have a life of my own, but celeb gossip is just way too tempting and indulgent; plus, I try to refrain from talking about "real" people because I just feel way too guilty after character-bashing.



Last week of the semester! I'll be on this thing more revamping my writing skills, or lack thereof, once I have more free time. Stacks of magazines and books await me. I seriously cannot wait to delve in.
