After becoming newly engaged and forced to stick to a budget to save for our wedding, I have to be scrupulous and vigilant about spending on frivolous items such as this:
Oh man, I would have LOVED to rock this color...although Essie nail polishes are just as good for a third of the price of what Chanel is.
